fix(nixfmt): update repo link and description (#505)
* feat(formatters): add nixfmt-rfc-style
docs: add nixfmt-rfc-style to readme and conform.txt
* feat: replace nixfmt with nixfmt-rfc-style
* doc: ensure description has period at the end
