wip: no regerts
fix jump; race condition(ish) in jump/fall/land events (?)
impl trigger animations on events
refactor control, (follow) camera, anim handlers into interfaces
impl controller pattern for controls (FSM using lambdas + interfaces)
come up with the rest of the todos
